Spandek Roof Washer, 12g/14g, Non-Conductive – Black

The Spandek roof washer for 12g and 14g fasteners is specifically designed for Spandex roof installations.

Made from high-quality, non-conductive EPDM rubber, it offers exceptional sealing performance.

Manufactured using a custom mould, this profile-specific washer is designed to suit the trapezoidal profile of Spandex roofs. The shaped base helps the washer sit evenly on the roof profile. This improves support and sealing contact compared with trying to use a flat washer on a shaped rib.

The moulded design offers more precise sizing and a consistent shape compared with conventional cut washers. Its shaped sealing lip and flexible rubber fit closely around the fastener, helping prevent water entering through the fixing hole.

With excellent resistance to UV, ozone and weathering, the EPDM material is well suited to roofing applications where sealing performance and durability are essential.
