The Aquaseal BAL 12.5 rated roof vent kit provides a compliant solution for terminating 50mm PVC drainage vent pipes in bushfire-prone areas. Designed for use on metal roofs, the kit replaces exposed PVC above the roofline with a corrosion-resistant steel vent pipe and integrated ember-resistant cowl, helping meet the requirements of AS 3959:2018 for BAL 12.5 construction.

The integrated steel mesh cowl helps prevent ember entry, while the insulated steel-to-PVC adaptor minimises heat transfer between the steel vent and PVC pipework below the roofline. Supplied with a BAL 12.5-rated EPDM roof flashing, the kit delivers a complete, easy-to-install solution for compliant roof penetrations.

Manufactured from a UV-resistant EPDM compound tested to ASTM D7238 for long-term outdoor performance.
