Flexible Coupling 150mm PVC to 150mm Earthenware

Our Flexible Coupling 150mm PVC for joining and repairing 150mm PVC-to-Earthenware (E/W) or clay pipe sections is most commonly used in non-pressure drainage, sewer and stormwater systems.

Made from ePVC, a highly flexible polymer, the coupling flexes with ground movement, helping maintain a secure seal as the surrounding soil naturally shifts and settles over time.

Only marine-grade 316 stainless steel clamps, bands and housings are used, offering extra strength to resist pipe displacement. The quality of the stainless steel is important, as this specific type of stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, helping maintain a secure, reliable connection over time.

Quick and easy to install, it offers a practical solution to correct pipe misalignment and repair damaged pipe sections. No specialised installation tools are required and can be tightened with a suitable screwdriver or torque wrench.

Note: Not suitable for potable water

Installation Notes

-Make sure the pipe is adequately supported
-Loosen, but do not completely remove the steel clamps
-Fit coupling over both pipe ends
-Tighten clamps to 6.7 Nm torque
-Installation is subject to the requirement of the regulatory authority.
