EPDM vs Silicone Roof Flashings

Aquadapt roof flashings are available in both EPDM and silicone materials to suit different applications.

EPDM roof flashings are ideal for standard plumbing, roofing and electrical penetrations, offering excellent weather resistance and long-term durability.

Silicone roof flashings are designed for high-temperature applications, making them ideal for heating flues and other penetrations exposed to elevated temperatures. With a BAL-29 rating, they are also required by building code in applicable bushfire-prone areas.
